Confused or curious about our canvas wall art and art prints? We've put together answers to some of our most frequently asked questions below to help you understand a little more about who we are and how I Heart Wall Art works.

How long will my wall art take to ship?
All our items are made to order in Australia.
Unframed art (paper) prints: These generally ship within a couple of days.
Framed art (paper) prints: Due to COVID issues, these are taking up to 15 days to ship out currently. We're hoping that time will reduce soon.
Canvas Prints: Our canvases with black and white frames ship within about 7 business days, our natural or oak timber frames may take up to 10 business days.
What are the different wall art options you stock?
It can get confusing... We stock two main types of art - art prints (on paper) and canvas prints, which come as canvases on a backing frame ready to hang. Then, you can choose to add a frame to your print.
Our canvas prints are delivered on stretched canvases, with or without floating frames. They come on a backing frame and are ready to hang. They're printed on 320GSM canvas and are excellent quality and designed to last for a lifetime. Our floating frames come in four colours - natural timber, oak coloured timber, black and white.
These are printed in Australia on 200 GSM low sheen paper. Unframed prints are delivered rolled in a tube, ready for you to hang yourself. This is a cost-effective way to get your art as you can pick out framed art at your local store. Or, you can choose a framed option from us.
Where will my wall art ship from?
All our art is made in Australia and we don’t stock anything that ships from overseas. We’ve found it’s too hard to get consistent quality, to limit damage to our pieces and to get reliably fast shipping.
Depending on what you order and where you live, your piece will ship from our workshops in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
There's an issue with my order.
IF your item arrives damaged, you'll need to send us a message and photo ASAP and we'll arrange a replacement.

How long have you been around?
I'm Edwina (also sometimes known as Edie) and I started I Heart Wall Art in 2018.
Oh hi, i didn't see you there.
I initially started I Heart Wall Art to sell my own art as prints, but I now stock art from plenty of other artists too.
I still process and check all our orders and, when you reach out for advice, you'll probably end up speaking to me too. My husband, Gerry, helps out a bit too.
We're not a big team, so making sure that every customer is happy with their piece is extra important to us. If you have any issues with your piece, reach out and let us know.
And, when you've received your piece, we'd love it if you could leave some positive feedback here.
Do you have a shop? I want to see my art in person before I buy it!
We don’t have a showroom at this point, although would love to have one down the track sometime. Unfortunately, the outbreak of COVID-19 has put those plans on hold for a while...
We do our best to show our pieces as you'll receive them and, if anything, we receive feedback that they look even better in person. We're really proud of the quality of our wall art and we've worked hard to make sure we can maintain that level of quality for our customers.
