Refund policy

We're here to try and get the perfect piece for your walls. Read on to see our policy regarding damaged arrivals, change of mind returns and more.  

 

Item Arrives Damaged:

All our pieces are fully insured during when we ship them to you, for additional peace of mind.

While we take all care to ensure your pieces make it to you safely, when big bulky items travel long distances, unfortunately, things can get broken.

If there is any damage or the product you receive is faulty, we will replace it for you free of charge. You will need to keep the box it came in (even if damaged), and be able to send us a photo of the label on the box, the full front of the product and the damage. 

You also need to notify us of any damage within 24 hours of receiving the piece - this is the terms of our insurance cover. 

Item Arrives Not As Expected:

Minor colour variations can occur as colours can be different from screen to screen. Minor colour variations do not constitute a product fault, for this reason. If you believe colour variations on your product are more than minor and  constitute a significant difference from the product shot, please contact our team on hello@iheartwallart.com.au to discuss options. 

Some artworks will look different when scaled up. If you believe your artwork is unacceptable for this reason, please contact us to work out a solution. 

If you believe your piece significantly differs in appearance or materials from the item described, please contact hello@iheartwallart.com.au.

Changes of Mind

If you don't love your piece, you can return it within 14 days to our Qld-based office for store credit (not the workshop where it was created).

International orders (shipped outside Australia) aren't eligible for change of mind returns.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own returns. Our team is happy to provide suggested couriers and services to use.

Items must be received:

  • In original condition(new)
  • In the original packaging

Once we've received it and confirmed it's in original condition, we'll issue you a store credit code for the value of the piece minus the shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, no refunds are valid for changes of mind.
