G'day! If you've ordered from outside Australia, you'll be pleased to know that your order will be fulfilled by a local production partner and you do not have to wait for it to come by boat, plane or kangaroo. 🦘

Boring But Important Information

Sizing Differences

Minor sizing differences may occur, as our non-AUS production partner mostly works in inches not metric and we will substitute to the nearest size. 

However, if you've ordered an unrolled paper print in A0,A1,A2,A3, it will be fulfilled in the metric size NOT inches (confused yet?)

Production Times

Production times are the same as Australian orders - please allow up to 10 business days for us to print, frame and ship your order. It's mostly less but we like to allow for the worst case scenario.

When Your Piece Arrives

Once your piece arrives, please check it carefully for damage and notify us immediately if there is any. You'll need to supply images of the damage, and the packaging and shipping label, in order to get a free replacement arranged.

Refunds and Returns Information

Please review information on reviews, returns and changes of mind here and note that we cannot do change of mind returns on international purchases.
