Delivery Policy

To keep things as seamless and easy for our customers as possible, we offer free shipping to the consumer. 

Please note that we choose a range of freight companies to deliver our pieces depending on location of the customer.

These include Australia Post, Aramex, Hunter Express, StarTrack and more. 

Please note that we will choose the most economical freight provider under our free shipping policy (within reason). 

If you require a premium shipping service, please contact us prior to purchase to arrange a custom quote. 

Please note that by default, items sent with courier companies are sent with Authority To Leave.

The courier will leave the package if there's a safe place to do so. If you are not happy having your items sent Authority to Leave and would like a signature delivery, please message support@iheartart.com.au at the time of ordering and we'll ensure this happens. 

Please note that we understand that not all couriers across all runs across the country are equal. We understand it can be very frustrating if items are delivered damaged or you have a bad experience with a courier. Please email support@iheartart.com.au.

All our items are insured so should they arrive damaged, they will be replaced.
