This set is sized to standard Ikea frame sizes but the size of the prints can be adapted to fit into vintage/thrifted frames too - just message our team for a custom quote.

All our art is printed to order and available in a range of print styles and finishes.
Unframed Poster Prints: The most cost-effective option, your artwork will be printed on good-quality satin paper with a medium level of sheen and delivered for you to pop into your own frame. Learn more here.
Stretched Canvas Prints: Our stretched canvas prints start with a thick, good quality stretcher bar. Your design of choice is printed onto a good quality matte cotton canvas and stretched around the internal frame. Complete with an optional float frames made from sustainably-sourced timbers. Framed Art Prints: Our framed art prints are printed onto a good quality textured art paper. A white border surrounds the design. A solid timber frame in one of four colours and a plexiglass front complete the piece. Learn more here.
Order Handling Time: 3 to 10 business days.
Order Transit Time: 2 to 5 business days. Please note this is a guideline only, as delays can occur at peak times and travelling to rural and remote areas.
- We ship our orders with Australia Post or courier companies including Aramex, Hunter Express, Couriers Please and others.
- Tracking is provided with all orders.
- Our free shipping service has a default delivery option of 'Authority To Leave'. Please contact our team for premium shipping options including signature deliveries.
- We cannot schedule deliveries on set days, unfortunately it depends on your local courier company as to when your piece will be delivered.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes to Parcel Lockers.
- All our prints are fully insured during the shipping process for additional peace of mind.
- As per our terms and conditions of business, from time to time shipping delays may and can occur, due to reasons beyond our control. If shipping is delayed will we do everything possible to ensure a speedy delivery.
- You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details upon placing your order.
- If you require a delivery address update, we will endeavour to do this for you, if the order has not yet shipped.
- We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been shipped, and at this stage it becomes the responsibility of the customer to ensure they receive the order or place a new order.
- I Heart Wall Art can not be held liable if you the customer omit any important information from the delivery address, resulting in the order being returned to us. If the order is returned to us due to customer error, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee of $20 to reship your order.
- If the order is delivered to a local post office and you the customer fail to collect the order in a timely manner from the post office, the order may be returned to the sender. If this happens, you the customer are responsible for paying a $20 reshipment fee.
- You acknowledge that once an order is shipped, we cannot be held liable if a delivery is delayed due to the actions of the courier.
- You acknowledge that I Heart Wall Art do not offer compensation for shipping delays, for both normal and express shipping.
- If an order is lost in transit, or damaged , we will offer a replacement.
Please familiarise yourself with our policy below prior to purchase to avoid disappointment.
Cancelling An Order:
If you wish to cancel an order you've made, please contact us immediately after ordering and we'll do our best to facilitate this. Unfortunately, orders which have entered our production queue cannot be altered or cancelled. Orders typically enter the production queue within 24 hours.
Your Order Has Arrived Damaged:
All our pieces are fully insured during when we ship them to you, for additional peace of mind.
While we take all care to ensure your pieces make it to you safely, when big bulky items travel long distances, unfortunately, things can get broken.
If there is any damage or the product you receive is faulty, we will replace it for you free of charge. You will need to keep the box it came in (even if damaged), and be able to send us a photo of the label on the box, the full front of the product and the damage.
You also need to notify us of any damage within 24 hours of receiving the piece.
Your Order is Not As Expected:
Minor colour variations can occur as colours can be different from screen to screen. Minor colour variations do not constitute a product fault, for this reason.

If you don't love your piece, you can return it within 5 days for store credit.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@iheartwallart.com.au. You are responsible for paying for and arranging your return to the postcode 4552 (Sunshine Coast).

Once we've received it and confirmed it's in original condition, we'll issue you a store credit code for the value of the piece. We recommend insuring your piece when you ship it back to us in case it becomes damaged in transit, as we cannot accept returns of damaged pieces.
No refunds are valid for changes of mind.
